Why a handicap or special person can not become an actress or can ???

Why this world is always a normal girl and a person becomes an actor or actress… Why a handicap cannot become an actor and actress.. Wants to be an actress since childhood and more than the actress like Kareena… Will I be able to become an actress, will I be able to..
